A little about me, love to daydream, spending time outside. A Kerry woman and no I don’t know how to build a stone wall but I do love living in the countryside.
I’m a lover of all things creative and for our wedding got curating and crafting including hand-lettered signage, this is when my calligraphy journey started. I just adore weddings I think of them as one of the most wonderful days of your love story, weddings excite me, the love, the joy, the getting together to celebrate.

My background was one of leading teams, a different world from calligraphy & design. After moving from Dublin to Wexford, it was time for a change and with all this newfound time. I launched Arcadia Script during a pandemic, sure why not. Now a mama to an amazing little person who makes me smile every day.
I currently practice copperplate and modern style calligraphy, learning an old hand such as copperplate with all its rules and particular details creates an appreciation for the great old journey all traditional calligraphers follow . . . . . mastering the pen.
Calligraphy for me is one where time is lost, my mind wanders into one of just pure focus on each stroke, grip and movement, it’s a form of meditation in itself.
Apart from always wearing the colour black, my style is modern & minimalist which is reflected in my calligraphy & design.
